I discovered my love for horses when I was six years' old. My mom enrolled me into riding lessons at an equestrian center in South Florida. As a junior/young rider, I competed in the quarter horse circuit, and dabbled in barrel racing, pole bending and western/english pleasure, horsemanship, and showmanship classes through to the state level but found I that I had a knack for dressage and eventing. Into my teenage and young adult years I competed through Fourth Level (Advanced Level) dressage and crossed over into the eventing world as I really loved the excitement and adrenaline that came along with navigating the cross-country and show jumping courses. I started teaching when I was 18 years old and realized that my passion and calling is teaching children and adults "the art" of riding.
